Travis is a deeply experienced builder, operator, and leader of startup and established brands.

He has advised startup and established companies in the TV/OTT, digital media, video content, and technology sectors, establishing a career focused on building the “What’s Next?” in the media industry.

As an accomplished executive and thought leader in OTT streaming, Travis is known for strategic vision and direction in developing and launching video content and brands that have continually leveraged the new ways people consume content across an increasingly diverse audience population.

Currently the Head of Revenue at digital agency Crush and Lovely, Travis has driven revenue growth, expanded the customer base, and increased market share for business expansion.

Previously, Travis was a founder of EPIX (a joint venture of Paramount, MGM, and Lionsgate), the first premium subscription OTT. After successfully raising over $250 million, he brought the company to a self-funding position within 14 months of launch, hit profitability In two years, grew the company to a $185 million profit by year seven, delivering $1.7 billion to his venture partners. In 2005, he created and monetized the largest Internet streaming event in history – NCAA March Madness On-Demand for College Sports TV, helping CSTV Online become a 240-site ad network and be acquired by CBS Corporation.

Travis also led creative and marketing efforts at MTV, Nickelodeon, and Discovery, honing his creative chops as a writer at The Late Show with David Letterman.

Benjamin Patton founded the Patton Veterans Project in 2011. The son of the late Major General George S. Patton IV and grandson of World War II's General George S. Patton, Jr., Ben has been associated with the military all his life.

Prior to founding PVP, he worked in music, television and independent film in New York, both a producer and development executive. Ben earned his BA at Georgetown University and MA in Developmental Psychology at Columbia University.

In 2024, Ben was awarded the Meritorious Public Service Medal, one of the highest commendations that can be awarded by the US Army to a private citizen.

He and his family split their time between New York City and Garrison, NY.

Dan Miles is the Chief Operating Officer at TVEyes which is a Software as a Service company serving customers in business, politics, education and government. Prior to TVEyes, Dan launched a Wifi network on behalf of a large cable TV – broadband provider. He spent the first 10 years of his career in corporate banking at UBS and Chemical Bank and has an MS in Management from MIT and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University. Dan and his family are residents of Fairfield, CT.

Courtney Rice, Psy.D

Secretary

Dr. Courtney Rice is a licensed clinical psychologist, who provides individual and group counseling to veterans and Gold Star families. Her clinical work involves helping veterans navigate lifetime readjustment needs; building networks of connection and community; and managing severe, complex, and high-risk populations through intricate advocacy, care coordination, and suicide prevention interventions. She specializes in the treatment of trauma and complex grief, and she has interests in anthropological and spiritual perspectives on healing and comprehensive wellness. Courtney received her doctorate from Antioch University New England in 2015. She has extensive training and professional work experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs and was awarded the Department of the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Award in 2018. She has furthered her education through intensive training in non-pathologizing, evidence-based models of psychotherapy and has served as a program assistant to train fellow practitioners. Courtney has participated in and lead immersive therapeutic retreat experiences for veterans, spanning topics like creative expression, legacy and authentic storytelling, and warrior healing traditions. Courtney is married to an Iraq (OIF) combat veteran. They reside in MA with their two children.

Louis Dubin is a Principal and Managing Partner in Redbrick LMD, a residential real estate investment and development company in Washington D.C., since 2008. Prior to that he was CEO and President of Athean Group. Louis hold a law degree from American University, where he is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council. Louis also sits on the boards of Lincoln Center and the Kaufman Music Center. He and his family live in Potomac, MD.

Charles Drebing, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Boston University School of Medicine. He recently retired from the Veterans Healthcare Administration where he worked for 34 years, serving most recently as the Chief of Mental Health first at the Bedford VA and most recently from the Cheyenne VA. He has conducted research for the past 30 years, studying interventions that help Veterans recover full active lives after struggles with mental illness. He has been a strong advocate for the strategic use of peer support and outreach to better serve adults recovering from mental illness. His funded research has developed new interventions focused on employment, education, peer support and community engagement. He has been collaborating with the Patton Veterans Project for the past 7 years.

Rivka Tuval, PhD

Prof. Rivka Tuval-Mashiach is a clinical psychologist, the academic head of the international school, and a full professor in the Department of Psychology at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. She also serves as the chair of the steering committee of Natal, the Israel Center for Victims of National Trauma and Terror, and the previous chair of the Gender Graduate Program in Bar Ilan. Her fields of expertise include resilience, posttraumatic stress, and posttraumatic growth following terror and war, identity reconstruction processes following traumatic events, collective trauma, gendered aspects of trauma, and women's mental health and well-being.

Rich Barbato

Rich Barbato

Rich Barbato's professional background is steeped in working with military-related populations. He has held various leadership positions with the Department of Veteran Affairs, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Valley Forge Military Academy. His work has primarily focused on improving the well-being and support services for servicemembers and Veterans coping with the transition to civilian life.

Rich served as a Lieutenant through Captain in the 82nd Airborne Division, predominantly with the 3rd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team. He trained & deployed throughout the US, Central America, Kuwait and Iraq, where he conducted combat operations as a part of the Invasion/Liberation with TASK FORCE FALCON in 2003. He is a recipient of the Bronze Star medal, Army Commendation medal, and Combat Action Badge. Rich earned his Master’s Degree in trauma-focused social work from Salem State University in 2018. He and his family live on the North Shore in Massachusetts.

Joe Anderson is President and CEO of Rafael Systems Global Sustainment. He served in the US Army for 38 years where he commanded Infantry units from company through Corps-level and endured multiple deployments. Joe served as the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans and Training for four years in the Pentagon, where managed a 1.2 million Soldier Army in 182 countries and controlled a $26B training budget. A management consultant following his retirement, he advised over 30 clients including Renaissance Strategic Advisors, McKinsey & Company and A2 Global Electronics, among others. A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Joe also earned his MS in Administration from Central Michigan University and MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College. He and his family live in Vienna, VA.

Colonel Frank Tantillo began in 1998 as a Cadet while enrolled at Valley Forge Military Academy. Early Commissioning ROTC Program. He served the next two years as a Platoon Leader in B Company 103rd Combat Engineer Battalion. In 2004, Frank transferred to the Connecticut Army National Guard Combat Engineer Battalion, Connecticut Army National Guard where he served as a Platoon leader and Company Executive Officer. In 2006, he deployed to Afghanistan Operation Enduring Freedom (2006-2007) as an infantry officer. Upon his return Frank took Command of C Company 1-102nd Infantry, 86th IBCT where he deployed to Afghanistan again. While deployed Frank took Command of A Company 1-102nd Infantry, 86th IBCT.

Frank served as the Assistant Operations Office for the 85th Troop Command, CTARNG and then transitioned to serve as the Executive Officer to the Adjutant General, CTARNG. In September 2017, He then took Command of the 1-102nd Infantry, 86th IBCT and later served as the Communications Officer and the Op Officer for the Joint Force Head Quarters.

Frank’s military education includes a variety of certifications as well as the Army War College. He has a BA from Georgetown University, and a JD from Quinnipiac University. He currently works for Travelers in Hartford CT as Claim Counsel for Bond & Specialty Insurance/ Construction Services Claim.
